Premier Football Academy (P*F*A) is an independent soccer training program working in cooperation with local classic clubs, including Penns Forest Football Club and the International Football Club (IFC).  This program focuses on developing young players to be competitive in the classic league at the U11 age.  The P*F*A program supplements your local club program by providing training at a higher level not usually available in local clubs.  P*F*A’s goal is to provide a quality experience with professional coaches who can teach the technical skills players need to succeed.  The player to coach ratio is low and players receive age appropriate instruction in a fun atmosphere.  The program will include training and at least one game day in a festival format. 

We also field competitive teams for girls and boys in the U9 and U10 age groups. 

This spring our program will be offered at White Oak Park on Mondays and Larry Mills Park on Fridays.  To register click here or email us @ Info@PFASoccer.com.

CAMP DESCRIPTION
This camp will include the following activities presented in an age-appropriate and fun atmosphere:
     - ball handling skills
     - 1 vs 1 moves
     - passing and receiving
     - first touch
     - trapping and settling
     - heading the ball both offensively and defensively
     - passing long and short balls
     - chipping and long serves
     - shooting/finishing
Much of the basic ball handling and 1 vs. 1 material will be based on the adidas Coerver Coaching Method. 

Camp will include a physical and technical warm-up followed by stretching and each session will include some individual, small-sided, and large group game-type activities.  Sessions will end with a cool down and stretch.
