2006-2007 Payment Overview and Collection Procedures

Overview

The payment and timely collection of fees is a critical component to establishing long-term viability for our club.  It is also one of the most difficult.  We have spent a tremendous amount of time establishing fees that balance the needs of our club and the resources of our families. These newly established procedures should allow our club to focus on the important tasks at hand and be more convenient for our families.  Therefore, we firmly believe when families experience the professional training, quality competition and character development of their sons and daughters, they will realize a tremendous return on their modest investment.

Collection Procedures

Families have two options when making fee payments:

1.      Fees can be paid all at once upon acceptance.  If a family chooses this option they should complete the Online payment form (Choose the Full Payment Option)

2.      Fees can be financed by making 5 non-refundable payments spread throughout the season.  These payments can be arranged in one way and only in this way:

Automatic payment via credit card.

If this option is selected, please fill out the Online financed payment form. (Choose the Credit/Debit Card Payments Option)

These are the only accepted forms of payment.  We will not process payments unless they are made via the above methods.  Initial Payments must be submitted with the proper completed form in order for the child’s position on the team to be confirmed.

Please note all fees paid are non-refundable for players that quit once their position has been accepted.  In case of a season ending injury, fees will be prorated against the remainder of the season and credited towards next season’s fees.

Payment Procedure

All  Initial Payments or Total Payments are due by September 15, 2006.  Any payment or Initial Payment not received by September 15 will jeopardize the child’s position on the team, which would then be offered to the first alternate.

**For families that may have more than one player in the club, a multi-family discount plan is available.  A 10% discount will be applied to each child, regardless of the f

Hardship Applicant

Policies and Procedures

A separate hardship application will be made available to families that are experiencing difficulties managing PFFC fees.  However, hardship awards are not available for Initial Payments.  Initial Payments must be made in accordance to the terms set forth in the payment procedures.  Failure to remit a Initial Payment payment will risk the player’s position on a team to be revoked or awarded to the next player.

Under separate cover, a family needs to make a written request either via mail email to the PFFC board of directors for a formal hardship application.  An application will be sent with directions on how and when the applicant must file for hardship.  The board will review all applications and awards will be made based on their final decision and funds available for hardship grants.

Please note the following:

  • Only formal written applications will be considered for hardship.
  • Hardship applicants are still required to make a Initial Payment to secure a player’s position on the team.
  • Hardships are only available to be applied to a maximum of one monthly payment against financed fees.
  • Please do not approach a coach or administrator about hardships.  All requests must go to the board.
  • Families awarded hardship grants must participate in fundraising opportunities provided by the club.  Failure to do so will lead to forfeiture of the hardship award and the family will be responsible for the full seasons fees.
  • To request a hardship form, please send confidential requests to:
