Through the generous support of our sponsors we are able to offer superior programs, coaching and services that have made Penns Forest F.C. the premier soccer club in western Pennsylvania. We thank each of them for their support.

To Whom it may Concern:
We would like to thank you for your interest in supporting the Penns Forest FC Soccer program. Our program has been in existence since 1986. We are a Federally Tax Exempt organization under sec 501(c3) of the Internal Revenue Code and operating as Pennsylvania Non Profit Corporation. Funding for Penns Forest FC programs comes through subscriptions paid by participants and sponsorships from individuals, business and fraternal organizations. Our program does not discriminate because of race color creed or national origin. Our program can involve between 300 to 400 boys and girls from 12 years old to 18. These players play on up to 15 teams in differing age categories. The average teams participate in 30 to 40 games per year in local and national competitions in Western Pennsylvania and across the country. Almost all of this current activity (90%) is paid for by member subscriptions and fund raisers. The remaining 10% comes form the donations of our sponsors. We are always in need of more aide to help lower the subscription costs per member. The current average member pays a subscription of between $600.00 to $800.00 per year. We are therefore asking your help. Here are some of the examples of costs we incurred in the process of doing our community service.

1.Uniform expense per player - $70.00
2. Field rental per home game $50.00
3. Referee Fees per game $80.00

These are just a few of the costs incurred and do not include the usual costs of insurance registration, organizational expenses etc.

To help offset these programs we offer the following menu of sponsorship:

Club Sponsor Program
This program gives you exclusive naming rights on all Penns Forest Uniforms and Events including but not limited to:

1. Your Business name or Logo on all Penns Forest Uniforms.
2. your Name and Logo on all Penns Forest Stationary.
3. Your Name and Logo on the "Main Page" of our Web site at www.pennsforest.com (14,000 hits at his time).
4. Banner advertising at every venue where Penns Forest Plays .
5. Naming rights of the Penns Forest Small Sided teams Tournament ex. "The (your name) 5's tournament".
6. Naming of the College scholarship given to a needy Male and Female member each year to "The (your name) College Soccer Scholarship"..
7. Naming rights for "The (your name) Penns Forest Picnic"..

These naming rights along with our exposure to the soccer community across the country will give your products or service many thousands of name exposures across the country.

The costs for this package is $20,000.00 per year .

Penns Forest Stationary Sponsor
You may have your logo placed on all Penns Forest Stationary and letterhead for a fee of $300.00 per term . The term is two years.

Web Site "Main Page" sponsor
You will have your logo on our "Main Page" with a link to your web site or we will create a one page site for you at our URL . The term for this is 2 years. The fee is you must take one or more sponsorships whose value when totaled is equal to or exceeds $5000.00 over a the period of the term.

Web Site regular Sponsor.
You will have your logo on our "Sponsor Page" with a link to your web site or we will create a one page site for you at our URL . The Term for this is 2 years. The fee is you must take one or more sponsorships whose value when totaled is equal to or is less than $5000.00 over a the period of the term.

Banner Advertising At Match Venues
Penns Forest teams carry Banners to all Matches which are prominently displayed at the venue during the match your name and logo can be put on the banner.

Corporate Sponsorship - $1,000.00 and above. Corporate name will be boldly displayed on the top front of the banner in your company's logo and colors. A hot link to your company will be accessible from our teams web page and corporate name will be placed on the back of the teams game shirts. Please provide a business card with your company's logo and colors.

Presidential Sponsorship - $500.00 up to $1,000.00. Business name will be boldly displayed on the bottom front of the banner in black print and a hot link will be accessible from our teams web page

Business Sponsorship - $100.00 up to $500.00. Business name will be boldly displayed on the top back of the banner in black print and listed on the teams web page as a sponsor

Team Boosters - up to $100.00 and the business name will be listed on our team web page as a sponsor

Naming rights of the Penns Forest Small Sided teams Tournament
Starting with the year 2001 Penns Forest will host a small sided team tournament at a location in Western Pa. The tournament be called "The (your name)/Penns Forest 5's Soccer Tournament. Ex The Coca Cola/Penns Forest 5's Tournament.. The Tournament Name will then be boldly placed in all tournament Press releases, invitations, mailings and display advertising at the tournament. The fee for this is $1500.00 per term. The term is 1 Year.

Naming of the College scholarship Program
Starting with the year 2001 Penns Forest will award two $1000.00 scholarships to a needy Penns Forest Boys and Girl player based on need and academics. The Scholarships will be called " The(yourname)/Penns Forest Scholarships." This name will be released to all media announcing the award and be present on all correspondence. Term 1 year. Cost per term $2000.00 .

Naming rights for "The (your name) Penns Forest Picnic
Every Year Penns Forest has a picnic/outing for all participants and their families. We provide free food and soft drinks for all comers at this. Event you will receive naming rights and display advertising at he event and a presence on our web site sponsors page fee per term $500.00 . Term is equal to 1 year.
